External Coating

• Tubular structure with galvanized steel
• Anti-noise and anti-corrosion protection

• Roof of polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass
• Two access door, one at the front and other at rear suspension, plus one in each trailer in case of am articulated bus
• Galvanized steel trims and pipes and covered in aluminum sheets composed of two turning sheets
• Front RH door is mounted with two glasses in every sheet, and rear one with one glass, attached with rubber trims
• Sliding conventional windows, mounted from aluminum frames with normal window rubber trims with upper sliding glass panes and lower steady glass panes (or also sliding)
• Entire glass panes with rubber trims bonded to the body (optional)
• Colorless glass panes
• Smoked ones are optional

Internal Coating

Marcopolo adapts configurations of the Viale according to suit your preferences. Passenger seating, location of doors and any other item can be modified upon previous request.

COVERING AND PANELS:
•Front: dashboard, hood, destination covers and electric central are made of fiber glass
•Rear: one fiberglass piece from ceiling back to the rear windscreen and one galvanized or plastic piece from rear windscreen down to floor
•Fiberglass, formic or BP PLUS roof
•Fiberglass, formic , BP PLUS, corrugated aluminum side panels
•Floor: platform flat floor with 15 mm of thickness, anti-sliding rubber material
•Optional: PVC ripped in the aisle, anti-sliding covering type taraflex and corrugated rubber with 3 mm
•Handrails and columns: steel tubes with PVC cover or aluminum (optional)
•Every material meet international specification of flammability
•Low Entry: low floor from front door up to middle door, no stairs
