• Free coverage against breakdown or accident: coverage for a year (warranty term), against breakdown or accidents which hinder the vehicle to move*, available seven days a week, including weekends, no expire mileage;
• Rescue hoist on site: Sending winch to the location where the vehicle is;
• Removal of the vehicle: If the repairs cannot be carried out on site, the vehicle will be transported to the nearest Volare representative; all costs of removal are covered;
• Alternative means of transport: If it is not possible to repair the vehicle within one business day, there are return tickets available for the driver and second driver to the house of the vehicle owner;
• Lodging: If there is no alternative means of transport available, coverage up to a two- night accommodation for the driver and second driver;
• Vehicle delivery: Just in case the benefitting owner is not at the repairing spot, a free ticket will be available to him, so he can move to the place and pick his vehicle;
• Urgent Message Communication: Volare can support carrying and delivering professional and family messages to the ones the driver and fleet owner ask to;
• Logistic support: Logistic support regarding to other services, services not covered by Volare Assistance 24h, such as: passengers ‘service searching, key service, Tire Man service or fuel delivery.
