
Marcopolo delivered the largest and smallest Generation 7 bus at Grape Festival, a Paradiso 1200 to Caxiense Fleet and a miniature, scale 1:24, to the Mini World Exposition, last 2nd March 2010, at Marcopolo Booth Stand, at Grape Festival, in Caxias do Sul, city of Rio Grande do Sul State, in Brazil. Company also celebrated the 1,000 units built of Generation 7 family, since last September. The unit number 1,000 of Marcopolo's Generation 7 bus was delivered to Expresso Caxiense and a small copy, miniature, scale: 1:24, to Gramado City Mini World Exposition.
According to Mr. Paulo Corso, Director of Commercial Operation of Marcopolo for Brazilian market, the main goal is enhancing the huge success of the new models have been showing, already 1.000 units built. “Expresso Caxiense is very strong in the South of the Country, very important market for our company and buses” says Mr. Corso. The smallest Paradiso 1200 Generation 7 bus was gave away to a Exposition Miniature Park in Gramado City. Vehicle was delivered by the Director and by Mr. Valter Gomes Pinto, Administration Counsel Board Member.”We are very happy to put a Marcopolo Bus Miniature in that wonderful Park. We have chosen Paradiso 1200 G 7, as it our new launch and represents a amazing design project among many other attractions, said Mr. Valter Pinto.
